Hi!

Hello, I’m Kasia, and I’m glad you’re with me.

Who am I? A person, a woman, a mother, an emigrant.

For over 20 years, I’ve been working as a human resources specialist, and for over two years as a coach. I help women strengthen their sense of self-worth and self-confidence. I support them in the search for what they need the most.

About me

Few words about me

I believe that we must pursue our dreams with courage, and the only certainty in life is change. Ideally, positive change.

I am a huge fan of the idea of a “growth mindset,” and I often echo the words of Carol Dweck, the author of “Mindset: The New Psychology of Success”

When you change your mindset, you enter a completely different world.

I live in Vancouver, Canada, where I joyfully explore the beautiful surroundings: listening to the ocean’s roar, observing hummingbirds, and admiring snow-capped mountain peaks.

I love reading, and mostly diving into crime novels and self-help books these days. Personally, I’m a mom to two children: a teenager, an adult son, and a two-cat gang – Feli and Lusi.

For You

Imposter syndrome

This psychological phenomenon, commonly known as imposter syndrome, reflects the belief that you’re inadequate and incompetent, despite evidence suggesting otherwise. With imposter syndrome, individuals lack confidence and constantly doubt their abilities, diminishing the joy of success as they anticipate being exposed as fraudulent. Here are ten tips to help you navigate through imposter syndrome:

  • Understand the inner voice: Utilize the positive intelligence assessment to identify the various saboteur voices hindering your progress.
  • Assess the evidence: Create a simple list highlighting evidence of both inadequacy and competency, enabling you to gain perspective and challenge imposter syndrome.
  • Refocus on values: Shift your attention from external markers of success to what truly matters to you.
  • Reframe around growth: Recognize life and career as a journey where growth and progress require stepping out of your comfort zone.
  • Get out of your head: Combat rumination by confiding in someone or jotting down your fears to break the cycle of negative thoughts.
  • Practice self-compassion: Instead of berating yourself for feeling like a fraud, acknowledge your progress and offer yourself compassion.
  • Be kind to yourself: Embrace your humanity and accept that mistakes are inevitable, cultivating self-compassion to silence your inner critic.
  • Keep failure in perspective: Rather than dwelling on abstract notions of failure, consider the potential outcomes realistically and use failures as learning opportunities.
  • Practice mindfulness: Employ the SBNRR technique to pause and re-evaluate, grounding yourself in the present moment and acknowledging your capabilities.
  • Seek trusted feedback: Regularly seek feedback from reliable sources to alleviate concerns about others’ perceptions, fostering confidence in your abilities.
